Free Delivery on orders over £50.
Standard delivery - £3.95. Order will be dispatched within 24 hours and will arrive within 3 to 5 working days (excluding bank holidays). If you need your item before 5 working days then please select the courier delivery option. We can not be held accountable for items that do not arrive in time if you have selected standard delivery.
Courier delivery - £7.95. Order will arrive within 48 hours providing the order is placed by 1pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Saturday delivery - £15. Order must be placed by 1pm on Thursday at the latest in order to arrive on Saturday by 1pm.
Courier delivery - you will be provided with full tracking details once you place your order. You will receive email notification and if you provide your mobile number you will receive text alerts to let you know when your parcel is due to arrive.
Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands - £20
In the unlikely event that items are out of stock you will be contacted within 24 hours for a revised delivery date or full refund.
We will deliver the products you order to the delivery address you give us at the time you place your order. We do not deliver to PO box addresses. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery address details. In the case of certain locations where a third party is involved such as offices, hotels and other business locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
All our deliveries have to be signed for. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or extra charges caused by incorrect address information, re-delivery attempts, or circumstances outside our control.
We make every effort to ensure our products arrive within the specified time limits. For time sensitive orders, we recommend you inform us of your required timings. For delivery to remote areas of UK, please allow an extra day for transit. We cannot offer refunds for late delivery.
We deliver internationally, please select your country on the drop down menu at check-out. Please note we do not deliver to PO box addresses in the UK or abroad. Your products will take between 3 and 10 working days depending on the country. Customs charges are payable in some countries. You will be informed of these and they will be added to your card.
If your chosen products are out of stock (a rare occurrence), we will contact you at once and give you revised delivery timescales or a full refund.
Refunds and Returns
If you are unhappy with any part of your delivery then please contact us by email (email@example.com) within 14 days of your purchase to see if we are able to help. If you would like to return your product(s) then please ensure they are unopened and returned in their original packaging. We are unable to refund any products that have been opened unless there is a fault.
